For the past 10 years SPACE Properties has been the locally-owned company of Richmond, concerned with the renovations (inside and out) of its local communities. Our philosophy focuses mainly on offering exceptional living SPACEs to today’s buyers, while minding tomorrow’s future market and resources. We take an active and supportive role in each of our properties and its residents, as well as the properties surrounding the area.
